Ski-Visit Scotland has good information on ski and road conditions and weather.
Winter Highland is also a great site for description of snow conditions.
MWIS is providing definitive mountain weather condition reports in a pdf (acrobat reader) format.
BBC Radio Scotland (FM) has a hill weather report every weekday evening at 1915 hrs. Tune that car radio in now! You can listen to at any time on the BBC website (Radio Scotland) if you have broadband.
